용도

바람의 방향이 변하는 풍력 기초나 구조물에서 3(xyz)으로 변하는 진동하중이 가해질 때

3( xy: 바람방향 z:수위 변화)축 동적제어가 가능한 단순전단시험기로 기초 지반해석에 적용

2축 단순전단시험기의 수평축에 90도 방향으로 y축 진동이 추가되어 독립적이거나 다른 하중에 따라 제어되어 회전하는 vector에 따라 시험한다.

 

 

 

 

 

특징

장점

Test control:

Test control allows specification of amplitude of horizontal load / displacement as well as direction.

Teflon coated rings:

K-zero conditions ensured by use of

1mm high, low-friction, teflon coated rings.

Control & Acquisition

software can also define test stages at different shear

stress:

Angles relative to zero e.g. 0, 10, 20, 30 etc.

Definition of waveform by datum/ common point, amplitude, controlling parameter and frequency.

Independent axis control:

Each axis can be load or displacement controlled.

Cyclic XY Combined Displacement, controlling via the actuator encoders.

Frequency of 1 Hz selected under the Axial Axis heading

10 load cycles, Datum = 0.5 mm, Amplitude = 0.1 mm Phase Offset = 0 degrees.

Start Angle = 45 degrees Angular Frequency = 0 Hz.

Angular Change = 0 degrees (i.e., constant angle).

Origin x = 0 mm Origin y = 0 mm.

the Axial Displacement 1 Hz, Datum of 0 mm, ± 0.2 mm.

 

 

2. 측정제어 Cyclic XY test with cyclic angular change 30도

 

 

 

Cyclic XY Combined Displacement, controlling via the actuator encoders.

Frequency of 1 Hz under the Axial Axis heading

10 load cycles Datum = 0.5 mm Amplitude = 0.1mm. Phase Offset = 0 degrees.

Start Angle = 45 degrees Angular Frequency = 0.1 Hz.

Angular Change = 30 degrees. Origin x = 0 mm. Origin y = 0 mm

 

 

The frequency of 1 Hz Datum of 0.5 mm ± 0.1 mm.

The frequency of 0.1 Hz Start Angle of 45 degrees ± 30 degrees.

Axial Displacement 1 Hz Datum of 0 mm, ± 0.2 mm.

 

 

3. 측정제어 Cyclic XY test with cyclic angular change 10도

 

 

xyz축 제어조건 z 수직 진동 : 1 Hz 진폭 0.1 mm x y 수평진동 : 1 Hz angle change 10도
